TRANSIT

In today’s fast-changing word, digital transformation stemming from the fourth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0) has brought many new challenges into the work environment. The labor market is transforming radically and demands new competences. In these dynamic and uncertain circumstances, managers must adapt to challenges of Industry 4.0.

The TransIT Project was specifically designed in response to this challenge, to facilitate managers in leading their teams and companies into the new era, embracing a successful transition to i4.0. To complete this mission, we cooperate with companies and universities from Hungary, England, Spain, Greece, Slovenia, Bulgaria and Ireland. The project´s outputs comprise a complex training kit (methodology, guidebook and online platform) focusing on the motivational, innovational and technical aspects of management. The training material is aimed at persons who are tasked with leading this technological change. All deliverables will be ready and available by 2022 in 7 languages, free of charge, thanks to the EU´s Erasmus Plus co-funding program.

EPIC

Realizing the new challenges that the Covid19 pandemic has brought to our world, we have found it crucial to help improve the economic situation of business actors, since they are the ones providing work and employment to most individuals. We see this as particularly relevant to SMEs, as they are among the most vulnerable of business entities.
The goal of the EPIC project is to spread practical knowledge about innovation. Working in a multinational consortium, we are developing a comprehensive educational package based on a European innovation standard. The training material will be completely ready and freely available in 2022 in 6 languages (English, Portuguese, Hungarian, Slovakian, Greek and Romanian).
