Mindfulness Mentoring: the state of full attention (Mindfulness) and the development of the ability to induce and maintain this state is very important for mental and psychological balance. We cannot always influence external conditions, but we can actively change our internal experience. This is not about distorting reality, but rather about broadening the perspective and living the present as fully as possible. All of this provides more energy, opportunities, satisfaction, and inner peace for the individual. There are several methods of mindfulness that can make everyday life more welcoming and relaxing: exercising mindful presence is one of the most effective antidotes to today’s stress and anxiety. In the course of the individual sessions, we find and adapt the most suitable exercises with the aim of effectively supporting you in transforming your current life situation into a positive experience.
